Ein großes helles Zimmer am Ende der Straße, weshalb niemand dran vorbeiläuft ;) die Küche ist gross genug zum darin sitzen und arbeiten. An der Küche ist eine Kammer für die Waschmaschine. Das Badezimmer hat ein Fenster und eine Badewanne. Die Wohnung wurde bevor ich einzog renoviert ist also fast frisch renoviert. Ich würde gerne den Kühlschrank plus Anrichte und die Waschmine gegen Abschlagzahlung in der Wohnung lassen.
Ob die Miete mit meinem Auszug erhöht wird, weiss ich natürlich nicht. Ist aber wahrscheinlich, so wie die Lage momentan ist.
Weichselplatz und Weichselstraße mit endlosen bar und ess und Kunstmöglichkeiten um die Ecke. Nicht weit zum Teptrower Park oder Tempelhofer Feld.
