Die Wohnung ist nur für den angegebenen Zeitraum zu vermieten! Die Miete ist im Voraus und in Bar bei Schlüsselübergabe zu bezahlen. Ebenso Kopie der Pässe im gegenseitigen Tausch.

It is a one-room-flat with everything that you need: washing machine, kitchen utensils, etc...
Attention!!! Its a subrent, only from >8.8.- 30.08.16< !!! Pay in advance when handing over the key (cash only). Copies of passports in exchange. Fo one person or couples!
Towels and bedsheets inclusive, also Wi-Fi. I am pleased with your emails!
