Helle 1-Zimmer-Wohnung im ruhigen Hinterhof in Rixdorf

Wer möchte sechs Wochen auf meine kleine, gemütliche 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Neukölln-Rixdorf aufpassen? Sie ist 33qm groß, es gibt ein Wohnzimmer, eine kleine Küche und ein Badezimmer. Ich wohne im zweiten Seitenflügel, der nach hinten offen ist. Das heißt, die Wohnung ist hell und es ist trotzdem schön ruhig. Einziger Haken: Es gibt keine Waschmaschine. Ein Waschsalon ist aber um die Ecke. Ansonsten gibt es alles, was du zum Leben und Wohlfühlen brauchst. Am 29.11. müsstest du spätestens aus der Wohnung ausziehen. Frei wäre die Wohnung ab dem 15. Oktober. Die Miete, wie sie in der Anzeige steht, wäre komplett für die sechs Wochen. Möglich wäre auch, nur im November in der Wohnung zu wohnen, dann läge die Miete bei 472 Euro inklusive allem.

Ich wünsche mir eine/n unkomplizierte/n Zwischenmieter_in, der oder die ab und zu meine Blumen gießt, nicht in der Wohnung raucht, keine Bücher klaut und auch sonst eben nett ist :). Die Wohnung ist für eine Person geeignet. Melde dich einfach und schreibe ein paar Sätze zu dir. Ich freue mich.

I am subletting my cozy flat from Oct. 15th till Nov. 29th. It's around 33 sqm and there's a small kitchen, a bathroom and a living room. My flat is located in the side wing on the third floor, so it's both bright and quiet up here. I live in Rixdorf, a nice little area between Sonnenallee and Karl-Marx-Straße. There are several cafés and bars nearby Lidl, dm, Rewe or Aldi are not far. Unfortunately, I don't have a washing maschine, so you would need to get your laundry done at one of the several laundromats in the area. I can provide towels, covers and sheets.
The rent as posted is for six weeks alltogether. You can also rent the place for only November. Than the rent would be 472 Euro.

I am looking for someone who treats my place well, who occasionally waters my plants, doesn't smoke in the apartment and doesn't steel my books :). If you're that someone, please tell me a little bit about yourself (just a few hints) and I will get back to you.
