I am subletting my super bright one room apartment from 23May to 6June (2 weeks in total). The flat is nicely located in the most famous hipster area, Richardkiez, 3 min walk from S Neukolln. You will find plenty of bars, kiosks and cute shops in the neighborhood. The flat was freshly renovated in March. I bought all furniture and home appliance when i moved into the flat last month - so basically everything is new!
I haven't had time to assemble the bed yet (for sure i will get it done before 23.5) It is a high leg bed made of solid wood (not cheap ikea shxt). The mattress is a super comfortable H3. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove and washing machine. The balcony has a set of outdoor table and chairs - you can have a relaxing bunch while enjoying the hipster scene.
The total rent is 330eur + 500eur deposit, all bills included.
Dates are slightly flexible, just ping me!
As I have to leave my whole apartment, I need someone who is neat and trustworthy to take care of my flat. I don't care about your gender nor your sexual orientation, you must be already in Berlin so we can arrange a flat viewing and talk face to face. No pets, no drug, no party, no illegal downloading, no P2P/ BT and no couple please :)
