It is perfect for 1 person or couple.
The apartment consists of corridor with large space for shoes bags and jackets, 1 room with a comfortable bed, large wardrobe and a beautiful working table with a monitor in case you need to use it for work. It also has a large comfortable sofa with handy sofa table next to. The room has a typical Altbau with high ceiling and very beautiful freshly polished wooden floors.
The Kitchen is separate and has everything you will need to cook a meal there, including a rounded dining table to have a meal at.
Bathroom is newly done and has a bathtub
Apartment is located in a very vibrant Schillerkiez, which is full of amazing bars, cafes and night life spots.
It is 3 minutes away from Boddinstrasse U-Bahn (U8), from where you are in 13 mins can reach Alexanderplatz. and less than 15 mins to Rathaus Nueköln (U7)
It is also 3 minutes away form Tempelhofer Feld and 5 minites away from HasenHeide park
There is several supermarkets right around the corner of the apartment: Edeka, Lidl and Rewe, also plenty of Spätkaufs right across the street.
I am looking for a responsible person (or a couple) who will take a good care of the apartment while I am away.
