Alles da bis auf eine Waschmaschine - der Waschsalon ist aber nur 2 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Schöne Holzdielen und Balkon, der von der Küche abgeht. Badewanne. Bitte nur melden, falls ihr nicht vorhabt, laut in der Wohnung Musik zu hören oder Party zu machen.
Beautiful flat to sublet. Close to Sonnenallee (but in a quiet street, and also in the backyard) and furnished. Nice cafes, bars and the canal are closeby. Next supermarket (Rewe) is 5 minutes away. 10 minutes walk to S Bahn Sonnenallee or U Bahn Karl Marx Str. Next bus stops (M41) 2 minutes away. Only thing which is not in this place is a washing machine - but the next laundromat is only 2 minutes to walk. Nice wooden floor, balcony, bathtub. Please only answer if youre looking for a quiet place, no parties or loud music allowed.
