Große und mitten in Neukölln gelegene 1-Zimmer Wohnung mit großer Küche und Duschbad. Trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig, da die Wohnung im Hinterhaus liegt. Die Wohnung ist mit einem Dielenboden ausgestattet, in der Küche ist ein Terazzoboden und das Bad ist gefließt. Im Zimmer gibt es ein Hochbett, ansonsten ist das Zimmer leer. Es eignet sich super zum Yogamachen! Die Küche ist mit Herd, Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Außerdem lasse ich das nötigste zum Kochen da.

Bitte beachte, dass ich aus dieser Wohnung ausziehe und fast alles mitnehme. Du hast dann noch ein Bett mit Matratze, die Küche mit Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank und Herd. Gerne lasse ich dir ein paar Teller, Besteck, eine Pfanne und einen Topf da. Außerdem bleiben der derzeitige Schreibtisch und die zwei orangefarbenen Klappstühle, die als Esstisch in der Küche oder im Zimmer dienen können. Den Rest nehme ich mit, also Schrank, Schränkchen, großer Tisch, Couch, Spiegel.

Die Kaution von 1000€ bekommst du, wenn die Wohnung im gleichen Zustand wieder zurückgegeben wird, natürlich zurück!

Spacious apartment right in the center of Neukölln with a big kitchen and bathroom with shower is waiting for you! It's quite because the apartment is in the back building. Spend the last two nice months of the year in vibrant Neukölln. You'll have all of the apartment for yourself, couples are welcome as well. In the room you'll have a nice wooden floor and a bed. Apart from that it's empty, which is pretty nice to do yoga! In the kitchen you'll have a washing machine, oven, fridge, a table and a few chairs.

Please note that I will be moving out of this apartment and I am going to take almost everything with me. You'll still have a minimum of furniture, but it will be quite minimalistic. I can leave some essentials in the kitchen, such as a few plates, cuttlery and a pan. I am taking the sofa, the big table, the cupboard, the little cupboard.

In the end, you'll get the caution back if everything is the way it was when you moved in. And if you'll have any questions while you're here, you can always contact me or your neighbours to be. They're very helpful!
