I am looking for someone wanting to take care of my house while I am away for a year. This is not a scam. I do remember when i was looking for a house how many scam there was. This is a real situation. And i want money for it, yes. This is a two room apartment, i am letting the bedroom. The Wohnzimmer will be locked down with my stuff in there. There is a construction work in the building. Pretty much a pain in the butt. So it is. Due this situation the candidate should be preferably someone working as most people: leaving the house early.
Mitte Boddinstrasse, half way to U7 and U8, both 2 minutes. Look on the map. Great great location.
I don't want anyone to have parties here. Someone clean, organised, not disturbed by noise. No party faces thanks.
