meine gemütliche Wohnung ist für ca. 21 Tagen von 17.3 bis 7.4 frei.
Sie liegt im Herzen von Neukölln in der Sonnenallee und ist dennoch sehr ruhig, da das Zimmer und der Balkon zum Gartenhof ausgerichtet sind. Außerdem gibt es nachmittags viel Tageslicht.
Es gibt eine separate Küche und ein kleines Duschbad. Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert mit Sofa, Bett, Schreibtisch und Waschmachine.
Die volle Monatsmiete beträgt derzeit 800 EUR pro Monat, für den 21 Tagen 575 EUR. Wir können die Miete abhängig von deinem Einzugsdatum vereinbaren.
Hinweis: Normalerweise lebt hier ein kleiner Hund, die Wohnung ist daher vielleicht nicht für Tierallergiker geeignet.
Die Wohnung kann in den nächsten Tagen besichtigt werden.

My cosy flat is available for around 21 days from 17.3 until 7.4.
It is located in the heart of Neukölln on Sonnenallee, yet it is very quiet because the room and balcony face the garden courtyard. There's also a lot of daylight in the afternoons.
There is a separate kitchen and a small bathroom. The room is fully furnished with sofa, bed, desk and washing machine.
The full monthly rent is currently 800 EUR per month, 575 EUR for the 21 days. We can arrange the rent depending on your move-in date.
Note: usually a small dog lives here, the apartment is therefore perhaps not suitable for those who have pet allergies.
