Zwischenmiete März (8.3 -28.3.19) *ganze Wohnung*

Wir vermieten unsere schöne Wohnung im Herzen Neuköllns für einige Wochen (8.3 -28.3.19) im März unter.
Sie verfügt über einen großen Schlaf und Wohnbereich mit Balkon, eine Küche und ein modernes Bad. Die Wohnung ist hell und in allen Räumen außer dem Bad liegt Dielen Boden. Im Wohnbereich befindet sich ein großes Bett und eine Couch. Bei Bedarf können wir das Kinderbett von unserem Sohn zu verfügung stellen.
Die Wohnung ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Tempelhofer Feld und Schillerkiez entfernt.

Wir suchen verlässliche Untermieter da es sich um unser privates Zuhause handelt. Aus diesem Grund nehmen wir auch eine Kaution von 400€, die natürlich sofort nach dem Aufenthalt zurückgegeben wird.

We are subrenting our lovely flat in the heart of Neukölln for some weeks in march (8.3.- 28.3.19).
The flat has a full equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom and one big room with a sleeping and living area. From the big room you have access our cozy balcony. The flat has during the day direct sunlight and you have wooden floor in all rooms (accept the bathroom). In the big room you have a double bed (1,60m ) and a couch. In case you want to stay with a small children we can offer the bed of our son.
The location is in walking distance to the "Tempelhofer Feld" and the "Schillerkiez".

We are looking for reliable people, since its our private home. That's also why we take a deposit of 400€ wich will be returned immediately after the stay.
