Ich will mich vergrößern und biete meine gemütliche und sehr geräumige 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in absoluter Toplage zum Tausch (!!!) an. Sie liegt zwischen Weserstraße und dem Weigandufer, zwei Minuten Fußmarsch vom Dreiländereck (Kreuzberg/Neukölln/Alt-Treptow) entfernt. Die Miete beträgt unschlagbare 320€ warm. Mit allem drum und dran liege ich zur Zeit bei 430€.
Gesucht wird eine 2-3 Zimmer-Wohnung, bestenfalls mit Balkon in Neukölln, Kreuzberg oder Alt-Treptow. Anfragen außerhalb dieser Bezirke werden ignoriert. Ebenfalls ignoriert werden Angebote, in denen versucht wird mich aus der Wohnung zu kaufen.

Eure Wohnung sollte hell sein und die Warmmiete sollte 600€ nicht übersteigen. Über alles Andere können wir uns sehr gerne unterhalten.
