ich vermiete meine schöne, helle, ruhige 1-Zimmer Wohnung für knappe 3 Monate vom 03.04. - 26.06.2020 an.
ACHTUNG! Da ich zu Anfang April mit ALLEN meinen Möbeln ausziehe, kann ich die Wohnung leider nur komplett OHNE MÖBEL anbieten! Ich suche daher zunächst nach Leuten, die sich selbst einrichten können, das heißt auch selbst einen Tisch, Sofa, Matratze/Bett, Stühle, evtl. Kühlrschrank oder was immer ihr selbst zum Wohnen braucht mitbringt.
Die Wohnung ist nur temorär anzubieten, da ab Juli jemand anderes in die Wohnung ziehen wird.
Die Wohnung liegt im Hinterhaus im 4. Obergeschoss und ist sehr ruhig und sehr hell, da man auf die Dächer gegebüber blickt.

I rent my beautiful, bright, quiet 1-room apartment for almost 3 months from April 3rd. - June 26th, 2020.
CAUTION! Since I move out with ALL my furniture at the beginning of April, I can unfortunately only offer the apartment completely WITHOUT FURNITURE! I am therefore looking for people who can bring furniture themselves, which also means a table, sofa, mattress / bed, chairs, possibly a refrigerator or whatever you bring with you to live.
The apartment can only be offered temporarily, since someone else will move into the apartment from July.
The apartment is located in the rear building on the 4th floor and is very quiet and very bright because you can see the roofs opposite.
Die Wohnung liegt in Neukölln direkt gegenüber der Hasenheide, in der man in 1 Minute ist und unweit des Schillerkiezes in dem es viele Bars, Restarants, etc. gibt. Die nächste U-Bahn Station ist U-Boddinstraße mit zu der man in 6 Minuten läuft und der U-Bahnhof Hermannplatz zu dem man in 10 Minuten läuft. Außerdem gibt es Bushaltestellen 3 Minuten entfernt.
Ich suche nach einer zuverlässigen, ruhigen, sauberen Person, die für 3 Monate in meiner Wohnung wohnen möchte und größtenteils ihre eigenen Möbel mitbringt. Bei Bedarf kann über weiteren Lösungen noch gesprochen werden.
