Eine schöne kleine Wohnung in Neukölln, Berlin. Sie liegt um die Ecke vom Landwehrkanal, hat einen kleinen Balkon und ist voll-möbliert.
Ich bin von Ende Juli bis Mitte August nicht in Berlin. Ich würde gerne für diesen Zeitraum meine Wohnung untervermieten. Die Wohnung bleibt voll möbliert mit Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Kommode, voll ausgestatteter Küche, Waschmaschine, Bücherregal usw. Besonderes Highlight der Wohnung ist der West-Balkon und eine kleine Home-Gym.
Wohnung ist Rauchfrei.
Das Haus ist ein Mehrfamilienhaus mit diversen Wohnungen, einem Hinterhof und allem was man sonst so braucht.

A beautiful small flat in Neukölln, Berlin. It is around the corner from the Landwehrkanal, has a small balcony and is fully furnished.
I will not be in Berlin from the end of July to the middle of August. I would like to sublet my flat for this period. The flat will remain fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, bookshelf, etc. Special highlight of the flat is the west-facing balcony and a small home gym.
Flat is smoke free.
The house is an apartment building with various flats, a backyard and everything else you need in a top-location!
Umgebung: Mitten im Herzen Nord-Neuköllns. Die Wohnung liegt zwischen Landwehrkanal mit viel Grün und Sonne sowie der Weserstraße mit ihren Bars, Kneipen und Restaurants. Spätis, Supermärkte uvm. liegen um die Ecke - also alles was man so braucht.
ÖPNV / Verkehr. Direkt vor dem Haus ist der Bus 171. Die M41 ist auch nicht weit. In 8-12 Minuten ist man am S-Bahnhof Sonnenalle auf der Ringbahn (mit dem Bus in 3 Minuten) und an der U7. Doch mein Favorit und Empfehlung bleibt das Fahrrad, damit erreicht man vieles schneller als mit dem ÖPNV in Berlin.

Surroundings: Right in the heart of North Neukölln. The flat is located between Landwehrkanal with lots of green and sunshine and Weserstraße with its bars, pubs and restaurants. Late-night shops, supermarkets and much more are around the corner - everything you need.
Public transport. Bus 171 is right in front of the house and the M41 is not far away. In 8-12 minutes you can be at the S-Bahn station Sonnenalle on the Ringbahn (3 minutes by bus) and at the U7. However, my favourite and recommendation is still the bicycle, as you can reach many things faster than by public transport in Berlin.
