Meine Wohnung liegt im ruhigen Hinterhaus im beliebten Neuköllner Reuterkiez. Sie verfügt über ein großes Zimmer, eine Küche, ein modern gefliestes Bad mit Dusche und einen kleinen Flur mit einer selbstgebauten Ablage über der Tür.
im Zimmer und Flur liegen alte Dielen, das Bad ist gefliest, in der Küche wurde ein Kunststoffboden verlegt. Die Küche ist etwa drei Jahre alt.

My apartment is in the quiet rear building in the popular Neukölln Reuterkiez. It has a large room, a kitchen, a modern tiled bathroom with shower and a small hallway with a self-made shelf above the door.
There are old floorboards in the room and hall, the bathroom is tiled, a plastic floor was laid in the kitchen. The kitchen is about three years old.
Die Wohnung befindet sehr zentral gelegen im Neuköllner Reuterkiez, unweit des Landwehrkanals und des Hermannplatzes (U8/U7).
Supermärkte, Cafes, Bars, Falafelläden, Spätis usw. sind fußläufig erreichbar, bzw direkt vor der Tür!
The apartment is located in Neuköllner Reuterkiez, not far from the Landwehr Canal and Hermannplatz (U8 / U7).
Supermarkets, cafes, bars, falafel shops, Spätis etc. are within walking distance, or directly in front of the door!
Ich suche eine 2-3 Zimmer Wohnung in ähnlicher Lage bzw. im Südwesten Berlins. Bei einem Tausch-Interesse schreibt mir etwas zu eurer Wohnung, vielleicht kommt ja ein Tausch zustande.
