Hello!
Since I'm leaving Berlin for the next semester, my apartment will be free for that period and available for rent!
I'm renting my fully furnished apartment with a separate bathroom and kitchen, which is fully equipped, so there's nothing to worry about. In the kitchen, there's enough space to cook something in company and sit together comfortably.
The main room comes with a 1,40m bed and a sofa (which can be converted into a "bed" aswell) and serves as a bed- and living room.
The whole apartment is facing the south, so you have a lot of sun and it's really bright!
It has a good wifi connection and everything else you need!
Since I'm leaving all my furniture in the apartment, I'm looking for someone that I can really trust, so it would be great if you could tell me a little about you!

The apartment is perfectly located in the vibrant area between U Hermannplatz and Maybachufer, with a lot of Cafés, Bars and markets around.
The next supermarket is Penny, a 3min walk away but there's also an Edeka and Rossmann at 5min walking distance, or Aldi and Lidl at 8min. And of course the Hermannplatz with it's daily foodmarket, or the market at the Maybachufer.
The apartment is located in the "Seitenflügel", so even though there's a lot of day- and nightlife, it is really quiet in the flat.
U Hermannplatz (U8, U7) is only a 5-6min walk away, so you get around really easily.
