Die Wohnung liegt nur 300m vom Kanal entfernt an der belebten Weserstraße in direkter Nähe zu vielen Cafés, Bars und Restaurants. Der Weichsel- und der Wildenbruchplatz sind nur 500m entfernt.
The apartment is situated only 300m away from the channel right next to the Weserstraße and it‘s vibrant neighbourhood. Get ready to enjoy a lot of really good and affordable Cafés, Bars and Restaurants in close walking distance!

Bitte sei lieb zu meinen Pflanzen und gieße sie mal wenn sie sich trocken anfühlen.
Beachte das mein Unternachbar leider extrem hellhörig ist und Parties / laute Musik nach 22 Uhr deshalb ein No-go sind! Wenn es zu laut ist, wird es schnell problematisch, die Polizei wird gerufen, etc. deshalb wäre es schön wenn es gar nicht erst dazu kommt.

Please note that my downstairs neighbour really hates loud music and noises. He is stressed out real quick and calls the police without notice. Considering that you should keep it quiet after 10pm. It would be nice if it doesn’t get that far.
