Da ich mich auf Grund meines Studiums für ein halbes Jahr (1.12.2022 - 31.03.2023) nicht in Berlin aufhalte, suche ich eine verantwortungsvolle Person, die in dieser Zeit in meiner Wohnung wohnt. Da ich erst vor ca. einem Jahr eingezogen bin, ist die Ausstattung noch recht neu und ich hoffe jemanden zu finden, der das zu schätzen weiß. In meiner Wohnung solltest du alles finden, was du im Alltag brauchst und um es dir in den Wintermonaten in Berlin gemütlich zu machen.
Besichtigungen können zwischen dem 18 - 22.11 durchgeführt werden.

Since I’ll be away I’m subletting my apartment in Neukölln from 1. of December 2022 to the 31. of March 2023.
I just recently moved into the apartment so the furniture is still very new and I'm looking for someone who knows to appreciate that and is willing to take good care of it. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need during your stay.
Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage, nur zwei Gehminuten vom U-Bhf Rathaus Neukölln, in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen. Während es in der Wohnung super ruhig ist und man gut schlafen kann, findet man das typische Neukölln Gewusel und zahlreiche Cafés, Restaurants und Bars direkt vor der Haustür. Für alltägliche Besorgungen sind die "Neukölln Arcaden" nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Auch das Maybachufer und zahlreiche Parks erreichst du in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß.
The apartment is very well located about 5 minutes walking distance from U Rathaus Neukölln.
You have plenty of Cafés, restaurants, bars, the Neukölln Arcaden, Maybachufer, Turkish markets around. It’s such a nice area to enjoy Berlin to the fullest. :)
U7 is 2 min walk away and U8 ( Hermannplatz) is 5 min walk away. You also have many bus stops close by
