Hey there,
I am renting out my Studio apartment from late july to late august for the price of one monthly rent, because I need the money to travel.
I have all the kitchen tools you need (except for an oven), as well as a microwave and a blender. I would also leave my monitor as well as my keyboard there for you to use in case you have study or work. The flat is inside of a student housing, which basically means, your neighbors are allowed to be a bit more loud in exchange for you being allowed to be a bit more loud and if you’re really annoyed, there still is a Whatsapp group for you to complain in. There are 2 elevators to get you right on the fifth floor as well as washing machines downstairs. (!I do not have my own clothing stand to dry them, because we are unfortunately forced to pay for a dryer every time we wash our clothes(4,50€ total cost)) Please write the word Mango btw. if you have read and understood everything so far. There is also some construction work going on from time to time next to the building, but the windows are pretty soundproof. I don’t own pets, feel free to bring yours, as long as there won’t be poop somewhere :) I also don’t smoke, I’m okay with smoking, as long as it is done next to the window.
If you got any questions, don’t hesitate to ask, I will try to answer all of then and give you a little guide once I chose you.

Right next to Hermannstraße (9 minute walk), so you can get pretty anywhere with the Ringbahn. There are also tons of Kebab places there that are also opened late at night. Aldi is 3 minutes by foot, although I prefer the Rewe at Hermannstraße. Neukölln is in the southeast of Berlin and is very well connected, even late at night and filled with tons of younger folks.
