Im Elisa, 33, originally from Köln.
I would love to sublet my apartment during end of february and whole of march. I highly prefer a woman, to stay in my place, since I made best experiences by that. The apartment is located in Neukölln - Weserkiez with best bars, cool places to eat and great cafes;
It has an area of about 48qm, 3rd floor; one bright big room with large windows, a separate kitchen with seating and balcony and a bathroom with shower and window. The Flat is fully furnished, the bed has new and very comfortable mattress. Good sleep guaranteed!
Rent per month is 900€. You can also rent 5, 6 or 9 weeks. Let me know your wishes and we find a solution.
This is the GOOD area of neukölln, not the one far far away :D
From here you can get easy by bus to all areas of kreuzberg and even to hauptbahnhof.
The famous Sonnenallee is just a 3min walk away.
I love to live here and the house is very calm and neighbours are friendly.
Down the door within 1 minute you will find a späti, bar, coffee, indie cinema, nice vegan food, burgers and many more.
It's a 7 minute walk to U7 (Rathaus Neukölln) and just 1 minute to the next bus stop (M43/ 166). Supermarkets (Lidl, Rewe, Edeka, Denns) and other shops (Neukölln Arcaden) are also close (7 to 10 minute walk).
I'm looking for somebody who is responsible and takes good care of it. If you want to smoke please only on the balcony.
The house has some families directly under and next to this appartment, so please no parties. Since energy prices trippled, and its impossible to estimate the additional costs for it, I kindly ask for only one person staying in my place.

We should meet in person, get to know each other and if we both agree, you can have the keys after paying the rent in advance.
