The apartment is small, cozy, and bright. Has one sleeping room with a twin bed beside a chilling area with a table where you can sit on the ground with pillows. There's no Sofa and. Everything is on the ground. not many chairs except in the kitchen. The kitchen is comfortable enough for 2 people. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower. The balcony and sleeping room are facing towards a garden so it is quiet. And it is sunny. Even in winter, you can be lucky to have some sun if the sun shines.
Smoking is possible on the balcony, otherwise, it is a non-smoking apartment.
The flat is located in a calm area from Neukölln (Rixdorf). Rixdorf is a very old area of Berlin that almost looks like a little town outside Berlin. Has a nice vibe, way calmer than the rest of Neukölln. And the flat itself is located beside an Urban garden (Karma Kultur) The neighborhood has little bars, small Kaffees, and some restaurants. Not very busy.
There are some local organic stores and also big supermarkets and Turkish markets around.
Two blocks away you find a more busy area with all kinds of stores, supermarkets, spätis, and restaurants.
Good connection to the U7 Karl Marx Str.
Buses also run 300m from the front door M41
Rewe, BioCompany, Lidl, Aldi, DM can be reached on foot within 5-10 minutes.
