Subletting my cozy apartment near Hermannplatz for the holiday season! Whole apartment, no roommates :)
This is a spacious studio apartment with a balcony. It is on the 5th floor with an elevator. It is fully furnished with everything you need to cook/do laundry, etc.! The large balcony window faces south so you get as much sunlight as possible when the sun is out. I have lots of plants so I would ask that you water them once or twice during your stay :) Location is quite quiet despite being very central and neighbors are very nice.
NOTE: unfortunately I don't have wifi at the apartment, sorry about that!
Also no anmeldung since its very short-term.
The apartment is super well located. It is a 3 minute walk away from Hermannplatz ubahn, so it connects to the U7 and the U8 which can get you all over the city really fast. Bus M41 and 194 are also about 3 minutes away, and M29 is about 7 minutes away walking.
The neighborhood itself is super cute. My apartment is right next to Reuterkiez and Schillerkiez, so lots of cute cafes, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. There is an Edeka, Aldi, and DM five minutes away walking, an Asian grocery store one minute away, and multiple large shopping centers within 10 minutes walking.
If you are new to Berlin I'm happy to suggest cool spots to hang out in the neighborhood! :)
Kitchen has an oven, stove, and fridge, and you are welcome to use my spices and tea and coffee! Apartment is well insulated so it stays pretty warm in winter, and my heater works very well so you won't be cold. I don't smoke but you are welcome to smoke on my balcony, it has chairs and a table and an ashtray.
I'm willing to negotiate for a lower price if you are not staying for the whole time. Just let me know and we can chat about it!
