Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock ohne Aufzug, ist hell, verfügt aber im Schlafzimmer/Wohnzimmer über Verdunklungsvorhänge. Die Dielen wurden erst vorletztes Jahr abgezogen, die Wände frisch gestrichen und eine neue Einbauküche eingebaut. Das Bad ist klein erfüllt aber seinen Zweck. Supermärkte wie Aldi, Kaufland und Penny sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Wohnung befindet sich eine Waschmaschine, Dusche, Bad und eine vollausgestattete Küche mit einem Milchaufschäumer, Moka Pot und Soda Stream. Meine persönlichen Sachen werde ich ausräumen, sodass ausreichend Platz für Kleidung da ist. Super wäre, wenn du dich in der Zeit um meine Pflanzen kümmern könntest.

Auch wenn das leider etwas hart ist, möchte ich euch bitten, dass Paare, Menschen mit Haustieren und Raucher*innen keine Anfragen stellen. Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich um eine strikte Nicht-Raucher*innenwohnung. Zudem sind keine Partys gestattet, da sich alle Nachbar*innen gut verstehen und Rücksicht aufeinander nehmen. The apartment is located on the 4th floor without elevator, is bright, but has blackout curtains in the bedroom/living room. The floorboards were recently stripped, the walls freshly painted and a new built-in kitchen installed. The bathroom is small but serves its purpose. Supermarkets such as Aldi, Kaufland and Penny are within walking distance. In the apartment is a washing machine, shower, bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a milk frother, Moka Pot and Soda Stream. I will clear out my personal belongings so there is enough space for clothes. It would be great if you could take care of my plants during that time.

Even if this is a bit harsh, I would like to ask you that couples, people with pets and smokers refrain from inquiries. The apartment is strictly a non-smoking apartment. In addition, no parties are allowed, as all neighbors get along well and are considerate of each other. Thank you for your understanding.
