Schöne und ruhige 1-Raum-Wohnung mit gemütlicher Wohnküche (und einem netten kleinen Bad mit Dusche) zu vermieten. Die Wohnung steht komplett und möbliert zur Verfügung, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Die Küche bietet sowohl eine Waschmaschine als auch einen Geschirrspüler.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im ruhigen Hinterhaus und liegt in Neukölln an der Grenze zu Alt-Treptow. Der Karl-Kunger-Kiez ist um die Ecke und die S-Bahn Treptower Park 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Busse (M43, 194) fahren fast direkt vor der Haustür ab.
Ich möchte bitte nur NichtraucherInnen und keine Partys! Ich bin selbst mehrmals im Jahr für meine Berufsschule nicht in Berlin und möchte nur an rücksichtsvolle Suchende untervermieten. Ich stelle einen Untermietvertrag aus und nehme eine Kaution von 400 Euro, die selbstverständlich am Ende des Zeitraums wieder ausbezahlt wird, wenn nichts zu Schaden kommt. Leider ist keine Anmeldung möglich.
Schreib mir gerne eine Nachricht über WG-Gesucht, wenn die Wohnung und der Zeitraum für dich infrage kommen. Bitte schreibe in den Betreff das Codewort KUNGER-KIEZ, damit ich weiß, dass du die Anzeige komplett gelesen und zur Kenntnis genommen hast, dass es sich um eine befristete Miete handelt!

Hi there,
i sublet my beautiful and quiet 1-room-flat for ONLY 3 WEEKS in March (12th - 31st March 2023).
You have the whole flat for yourself, completely furnished as in the pictures. There is a separate cozy kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher.
S-Bahn Treptower Park is 10 minutes walking distance, the nice Karl-Kunger-Kiez with cafes and bars is around the corner. Several busses (M43, 194) are 3 minutes walking distance away.
Please note that i don`t want smokers or parties in my flat and look for someone who respects my neighbours and keeps it quiet.
I give you a sublet contract and take a deposit of 400 euros in addition, which is paid back of course if nothing got damaged. Unfortunately the official registration (Anmeldung) is not possible.
Please write me a message and put the codeword KUNGER-KIEZ on top, so that I can see that you read my text and noted that it is only for a short time period. Thank you!
