Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Flughafenstraße, genau zwischen den U-Bahnhöfen Rathaus Neukölln und Boddinstraße.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig.

In dem Szenekiez gibt es viele kleine Restaurants oder andere Möglichkeiten den Abend zu verbringen.

Auch die Neuköllnarcaden sind in drei Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Dort gibt es viele Einzelhandelsgeschäfte, sowie ein Kino.

Shopping facilities are within walking distance.



In the trendy neighborhood there are many small restaurants or other ways to spend the evening.



The Neuköllnarcaden are also within a three-minute walk. There are many retail stores, as well as a cinema.

Der Preis versteht sich als Inklusivpreis. Enthalten auch: Strom, Internet, Heizung. Wasser. Du musst Dich also um nichts weiter kümmern.

Die Mindestmietdauer sind sechs Monate. Du kannst aber auch gerne länger mieten.

Solltest du die Wohnung von deinen Eltern finanziert bekommen, ist es auch möglich, dass ich direkt mit ihnen den Mietvertrag schließe. Ich bräuchte dann deren drei letzten Gehaltsnachweise und deren Personalausweiskopie zusätzlich zu deinen Unterlagen.

Ich werde für die Untermiete die Erlaubnis meines Vermieters einholen und wir schließen einen offiziellen Untermietvertrag. Eine Anmeldung ist gerne möglich. Um die Anmeldung der GEZ musst du dich kümmern. Post kannst du gerne mit c/o empfangen. An der Klingel und an der Wohnung steht lediglich Apartment 10.
