ich suche für meine kleine aber feine 1 Zimmer Wohnung eine Untermiete für 1 Monat. Die Wohnung hat eine separate Küche und einen kleinen Balkon. Möbeltechnisch ist alles da, was man braucht. Ich freue mich über eine Person, die Lust hat, in meiner Wohnung zu leben, sodass sie nicht leersteht. Die anderen Menschen im Haus sind supernett und vor allem sehr sehr leise. Da die Wohnung zum Hinterhof rausgeht, ist sie nicht besonders hell, dafür aber absolut ruhig und eine richtige Oase mitten im manchmal vollen Neukölln.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Tempelhofer Feld im wunderschönen Schillerkiez. Zur U8 sind es nur ein paar Gehminuten und auch der Ring ist über S Hermannstraße schnell zu erreichen.
In der Wohnung darf nicht geraucht werden, dafür kann aber gerne der Balkon genutzt werden.
Ich suche jemanden, der*die sorgfältig mit der Wohnung und den Möbeln umgeht und keine lauten Parties in der Wohnung schmeißt :)
