Since I disappear into the semester abroad in the winter semester, I want to rent my apartment:)
It is a small sweet studio apartment in Schöneweide 🐝 Due to the super good connection and proximity to the S-Bahn and Tram Station (both max. 3min walk) you are also really fast everywhere - that makes the location of beautiful pasture also really not so bad (new carols in 10 min, middle in 20 min ).

Hard facts:
-Location: S-Bahn station Schöneweide
-Miete: 650Euro warm
-No registration is possible :(
- Entry from the beginning/ middle of July ( to at least March 2026 probably also possible with takeover (and then also with registration) :) )
-Only non-smoking and pets are not allowed

Es ist ein kleines süßes Studio Apartment in Schöneweide 🐝 Durch die super gute Anbindung und Nähe zur S-Bahn und Tram Station ( beides max. 3min zu Fuß) ist man auch wirklich schnell überall- das macht den Standort Schöneweide auch wirklich nicht so schlimm ( Neuköln in 10 min, Mitte in 20 min ).

-Aber leide keine Anmeldung möglich :(
-Einzug ab Anfang/ Mitte Juli ( bis mind. März 2026 sehr wahrscheinlich auch mit Übernahme ( und dann auch mit Anmeldung ) möglich :) )
-Nur Nichtraucher und Haustiere sind auch leider nicht erlaubt 🥲🐶
