Tram ist gleich um die Ecke zu den S-Bahnstationen Schöneweide und Karlshorst. Fahrlänge nach Berlin Mitte ca. 1 Stunde. Die Wuhlheide ist gleich in der Nähe, mit einem Badesee, Schwimmbad und herrlichen Laufstrecken, falls man dazu Lust hat. Zum Müggelsee ist es ca 40 min mit dem Rad.
Lidl und Edeka sind in 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar und es gibt ein nettes Spreeufer zum abhängen.
Sehr ruhige und angenehme Gegend.

The tram is right around the corner and takes you to both S-bahn-stations Schöneweide and Karlshorst. It will take you about an hour to Berlin Mitte. The recreational Park Wuhlheide ist nearby, with a swimming lake and pool and great running tracks, if you want. To the Müggel-lake it takes about 40 min by bike.
Grocery Stores Lidl and Edeka are both in 10 min walking distance and there is a nice hang out place next to the Spree.
It's mostly a calm and comfortable area.
