Diese Ein- Zimmer- Wohnung liegt unmittelbar an der Grenze zwischen Pankow und Prenzlauer Berg, ca. 10 Minuten entfernt von der S-Bahn Schönhauser Allee und 7 Minuten entfernt von Straßenbahn nach Warschauer Straße oder Wedding. Die Wohnung hat eine separate Küche und ein Bad mit Badewanne, drei große Fenster ohne Balkon. Internet ist inklusiv im Preis. Die Wohnung ist interessant für Menschen, die eine befristete Unterkunft brauchen, da Anmeldung leider nicht möglich ist. Der Preis ist pro Monat. Man kann die Wohnung ab diese Woche besuchen. Die Wohnung hat eine Waschmaschine und alle Möbel. Daher berechne ich eine Kaution, die zurückgegeben wird, wenn alles in demselben Zustand bleibt, wie sie zur Verfügung gestellt wurde. Internet und Strom sind bereits enthalten. Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt.

This one-room apartment is located directly on the border between Pankow and Prenzlauer Berg, about 10 minutes away from the S-Bahn Schönhauser Allee and 7 minutes away from the public transportation going to Warschauer Straße or Wedding. The apartment has a separate kitchen and bathroom with bathtub, three large windows without balcony. Internet is already included in the price. The price is for each month. Registration is unfortunately not possible. It's possible to visit the flat already this week. The flat has a washing machine and all furniture. Therefore I am charging a caution that which will be returned if the furniture is in place and the apartment is in the same condition as provided. Internet and electricity are already included. Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
