ich vermiete vom 1. Februar bis 1.Mai meine Wohnung in Prenzlauer Berg zur Alleinnutzung. 450€ (monatl.) inkl. Internet, Strom, Gas, Netflix. 1 Zimmer, Küche, Bad, Balkon (mit Blick auf den Fernsehturm!), insgesamt 35qm.
Voll ausgestattet mit allem möglichen Schnick-Schnack, zB:
- Waschtrockner, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle
- 65'' TV, PC
- Massagesessel, gigantisches Wasserbett!
Jetzt zu den Unanehmlichkeiten. Die Wohnung wird mit Kohlebriketts beheizt (Kohle inkl., eine ganz wunderbare Wärme, die der Ofen abgibt) und das Badezimmer ist ein bisschen abgerockt (Berliner Charme!).
Die Nachbarn sind alle sehr umgänglich.

Hello everyone,
I am renting out my apartment in Prenzlauer Berg for exclusive use from February 1 to May 1. The rent is 450€, including internet, electricity, gas, Netflix. It's a one-room apartment with a kitchen, bathroom, and balcony (with a view of the TV Tower!), totaling 35 square meters.
It's fully equipped with all sorts of stuff, for example:
- Washer dryer, dishwasher, microwave
- 65'' TV, PC
- Massage chair, gigantic waterbed!
Now, for the inconveniences. The apartment is heated with coal briquettes (coal included, the oven gives off a wonderfully warm heat!) and the bathroom is a bit worn out (Berlin charm!).
The neighbors are all very easygoing.
Zentral gelegen zwischen U-Bahnhof Eberswalder und U-Bahnhof Senefelderplatz (U2), 5 Minuten zu M1 und M10. REWE fast direkt nebenan!
Kulturbrauerei, Kastanienallee, Mauerpark etc.pp. Es ist wunderschön!
