Your home in our house is as individual as yourself. All apartments include full furnishing, sleeping and living area as well as kitchenette and shower room. They are consistently bright, flexibly designable and thought through to the last detail. A smart room layout, stylish design and high speed internet do not leave any wishes open.


The building is located in Mühlenstraße, a lively street in the middle of Pankow, near the centre of Berlin. The area is very popular due to its location with students, azubis, commuters and especially young people. Shops, restaurants & bars, the Berlin City, versatile nature and several university campuses can be reached quickly.

Washing machine (4.50 euros per use) and dryer (2.50 euros per use) are located in the launderette.

The rent for the first month will be paid through HousingAnywhere. The deposit needs to be paid to us or directly via Housing Anywhere payments and should be received before the move-in date, in order to be distract to receive the keys.

Das Gebäude steht in der Mühlenstraße, einer belebten Straße mitten in Pankow, unweit des Zentrums von Berlin. Die Gegend ist aufgrund ihrer Lage bei Studenten, Azubis, Pendlern und vor allem jungen Menschen sehr beliebt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants&Bars, die Berliner City, vielseitige Natur und mehrere Uni-Campus sind schnell zu erreichen.

Waschmaschine (4,50 Euro pro Nutzung) und Trockner (2,50 Euro pro Nutzung) befinden sich im Waschsalon.
