Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine praktische Einraumwohnung
- in der Berliner Straße
(Ecke Schönhauser Allee - Kreuzung
Borhnholmer Straße;
also super zentral mit Anschluss:
-Tram M1 und
-U-Bhf. Vineta-Straße und
-S+U Bhf. Schönhauser Allee
alles fußläufig erreichbar)!
Mittlerweile habe ich dort fast zwei Jahre gewohnt und kann erfahrungsgemäß sagen, dass sie sehr günstig ist.
Die Wohnung verfügt über;
- einen kleinen Flur
(passt Waschmaschiene rauf),
- ein kleines gefliestes Bad (mit Dusche,
- einen großen Balkon (ca. 2-3 m²) sowie
- eine kleine separate geflieste Küche
(ohne Tür)und
- den Wohnraum ca. 17 m².
Flur und Wohnraum sind mit einem hellen PVC Bodenbelag ausgelegt.
Bei Bedarf können gerne Möbel übernommen werden - kann man ja dann abklären...
