Our lovely flat will be available to rent for two months from 1 July - 31 August 2019.
The flat gets lots of natural light with its high ceilings and huge windows throughout. There is a big living area, a bathroom with shower and window, and a kitchen with a cooker and worktop/sink. There is ample storage room with a cupboard and shelves in the hallway.
The flat is unfurnished but it would be possible to arrange a small bed and bedding if required. It may also be possible to apply to take over the rental although the tenancy is limited until the end of the year.
Located at the edge of Prenzlauer Berg just into Pankow, the flat is ideally located near the S-Bahn and U-Bahn at Schönhauser Allee and also the trams M1, M12, M13 and M50 run very close by. There are multiple supermarkets in the area as well as a nice bakery down the street.
The flat is available as we are relocating to another city. We would very much like to stay in this flat not only for the beautiful features but as it is in a quiet area close to all the amenities Berlin has to offer. I hope this offer will suit someone settling into the city or waiting to move into their own permanent arrangement.
