Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe vom Bürgerpark Pankow und der S-Bahn Wollankstraße. Es ist eine geräumige, schöne, gut beleuchtete Wohnung mit hohen Decken, Holzdielen und einem schönen Blick auf den Park auf der anderen Straßenseite. Die Wohnung hat 2 Bäder (1 Dusche, 1 Badewanne), ein großes Wohnzimmer, eine gut ausgestattete Küche und eine Waschmaschine in einem der Bäder. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind leicht zu erreichen, der Bus, die Straßenbahn und die Sbahn sind alle zu Fuß zu erreichen (3 Minuten zu Fuß zur M1 und 10 min zur S1/S25).

Es ist eine 5-Personen-Wohnung, du würdest dir die Wohnung mit 4 anderen Personen teilen. Es ist ein queer- und vegetarier-freundlicher Ort zum Leben. Alle Mitbewohnerinnen leben einen lustigen und entspannten Lebensstil. Momentan kommen die Mitbewohnerinnen aus Marokko, USA und Mexiko und werden bis Ende Mai dort wohnen! Sie sind Universitätsstudenten in ihren 20ern. Sie sprechen Englisch, Französisch, Spanisch und ein bisschen Deutsch.

I'm looking for a new person to take over my room for a few months. The move-in date is March 1st (or that same week) until the end of May 2021. I am looking to give my space to a woman or a non-binary person.
The apartment is near Bürgerpark Pankow and S-Bahn Wollankstraße. It's a spacious, beautiful, well lit flat with high ceilings, wooden floors and a lovely view of the park across the street. The apartment has 2 bathrooms (1shower, 1bathtub), a huge living room, a well-equiped kitchen and a washing machine in one of the bathrooms. Public transport is easy to access, the bus, tram and Sbahn are all within walking distance (3 min walk to M1 and 10 min to S1/S25).

It's a 5 person, you would be sharing the space with 4 other people. It's a queer-friendly, veg-friendly place to live. All of the roommates live a fun and chilled lifestyle. Currently, the flatmates are from Morrocco, USA and Mexico and will be living there until the end of May! They are university students in their early 20's. They speak English, French, Spanish und ein bisschen Deutsch.
