Gut gelegen angrenzend zum Prenzlauer Berg.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Nähe und ein kleines Café 3 min von hier auf dem Weg zur Tram. Hier fährt die Tram12 und 13. M2 fährt an der Prenzlauer Allee/Ostseestrasse. Von da sind es 10-15mim zum Alex
An der Ringbahn Prenzlauer Allee vorbei .
Es ist eine Kleinkind-Wohnung. Daher auch am besten für einen Menschen mit Kleinkind. Bücher können natürlich gerne benutzt werden.
Kinderlose sind auch willkommen nur sollten sie damit fein sein, dass es hier wie beschrieben eine belebte Kleinkind Wohnung ist und kein Airbnb
Ich finde die Wohnung süß und gemütlich.

I am renting my flat while we will be away. It’s at the ground floor of an historic building with high sealings.
It’s one room and bigkitchen.
The flat is best for a single Person with a kid, as we have toys and books around, which you can use of course.Single people without kids also welcome, as long they are fine with this being a flat where normally obviously a little child is living
