Ich bin von Mitte August bis Ende Februar nicht in Berlin und möchte deswegen meine kleine aber süße 1-Zimmer Wohnung in Prenzlauer Berg vermieten.
Objektbeschreibung
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock in einem begrünten Hinterhof zentral und schön gelegen.
Hier ist es Abends und auch tagsüber schön ruhig.
Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und wurde 2021 vor dem Einzug renoviert.
Ausstattung
Die Wohnung (36 qm) besteht aus Flur, Bad, einem großen Wohn-/Schlafraum und einer Küche. Das Bad ist gefliest.
Des Weiteren ist die Wohnung komplett mit neuwertigen Möbeln ausgestattet: Schreibtisch, Kommode, Bett, Stühle und Küche mit Spüle sowie Herd/Ofen.
Im Bad ist eine Waschmaschine und eine Badewanne.
