Hi everyone,
I am renting my beloved apartment from 10th December 2023 until 13th Januar 2024 as I’ll be traveling. It is cozy with high ceilings and calm as it is located in the backyard. The neighborhood is lively, all sorts of shopping facilities are close by as well as nice cafés and restaurants. Public transport is in walking distance (Bornholmer Str. – 8min, Schönhauser Allee – 10min, Gesundbrunnen – 15min) – from there you can easily get to any other part of Berlin.
The total price for the mentioned time is 875€ (all cost included, wifi, washing machine and other facilities are available). I’d like you to treat the flat and furniture responsibly as well as not smoke or party inside the apartment. I’ll request a deposit of 200€ which will be handed back after your stay. I’ll strongly prefer anyone who agrees on staying (or paying) for the whole 5 weeks period.
