Fully furnished cozy studio flat, 45sqmt with separate kitchen and bathroom. It's an old building in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg, 3rd floor with no lift, including fast internet, smart TV and Netflix.
In the flat there is a double bed (sheets provided) and a sofa bed, plus an armchair and an office chair. The kitchen includes all sort of dishware and utensils you are welcome to use.
The washing machine is not working at the moment but you can use the one from the hostel downstairs (3 euro per coin plus 2 euro for the dryer, or you can use the hanging rack in the flat).
Located in a nice and quiet square full of bars, cafes, and restaurants, you won't need to go anywhere else! I can also share the list of my personal favourites in the area.
Walking distances:
10 min to U2 Eberswalder str.
5 min to tram stop (12 to Mitte)
10 min to S41/42 ring bahn.
Two things to note:
No anmeldung (registration) is possible, as this is only a short term sublet.
This is a residential building where also families and elderly live, so no parties or loud music allowed
