Es handelt sich um ein Zimmer-Apartment mit einem großen Wohn-/Schlafzimmer, einer Küche, einem Bad sowie einem kleinen Flur.

Das Apartment ist komplett möbiliert und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den täglichen Gebrauch benötigt: eine komplett ausgestattete Küche, ein geräumiger Schreibtisch, eine schnelle Internetverbindung, ein großer TV, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Sofa und Bett.

Es liegt genau zwischen den S-Bahnhöfen Gesundbrunnen, Bornholmer Str. und Schönhauser Allee und ist damit angebunden an die Ringbahn, die U2, die U8 und die Nord-Süd-Verbindungen.

Supermärkte sind in unmittelbarer Näher: ein kleiner Kiezmarkt an der Ecke, der Rewe ist 5 Minuten entfernt und hat von 7-23 Uhr geöffnet. Ein Späti ist ebenfalls im Gebäude.
Gleichzeitig gibt es eine große Auswahl an Bars und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, wobei die Umgebung ruhig und freundlich ist.

Its conveniently located between the S-Bahn Stations Schönhauser Allee, Bornholmer Str. and Gesundbrunnen, which allows fast connections to every corner of the city by Ringbahn, S1, U2, U8 or Tram.

It consists of one spacious living/bed room, a kitchen, bathroom and hall.

Since its fully furnished, you have all the amenities you need: a fully stocked kitchen, a cleaned out desk, fast internet connection, a large TV, dishwasher, washing maschine, a comfy bed and a reliable couch.

Supermarkets are just around the corner: a little Kiez market is 1 minute away, the Rewe, which is open from 7-23pm 5 minutes.

Its a calm and friendly neighborhood, ideal for working and a slow approach to the city. Bars and restaurants are close by and there is everything you need conveniently located.
