Hello all,
I'd like to rent my beautiful 1-room apartment in a stylish and lively area of Prenzlauer Berg! The Availability is from 18.04.2024 until 08.05.2024.
The size of the apartment is 40 square meters (with a small balcony). It is tastefully furnished with a 1.60m wide bed, couch, couch table, desk, 2 dressers (commodes), a large clothes rail, laundry basket, washing machine, full kitchen equipment, kitchen utensils, full bathroom equipment. In the apartment there is also a good WIFI connection.
I would leave the apartment fully furnished, I only take my personal things out. The TV and the music instruments (see photos) won't be available.
All inclusive (including electricity and internet) the costs for the renting period (3 weeks) would be 700 Euros. In advance, a deposit of 500 Euros is also taken. I prefer to rent the apartment to a person, who would stay the full period of 3 weeks.
About the location:
The apartment is very well located, in the middle of the lively neighborhood of Prenzlauer Berg, right by Stargarderstraße and Schönhauser Allee. There are several good restaurants, bars and supermarkets right on the doorstep and the beautiful "Mauerpark" is only 10 minutes walk away. The transport connections are excellent, there are several trains (Ringbahn) and a Metro (Schönhauser Allee) and several Tram stations.
***I prefer to rent the apartment to a person, who would stay the full renting period of 3 weeks.***
-All further individual arrangements should be coordinated in person at a previous meeting
- The apartment cannot be registered by the renting person at the registration office
- All costs for the complete rent (including deposit) have to be paid in the beginning.
- In case of damage caused to the apartment or furniture, the amount of the deposit or the entire deposit will be withheld.
