Ich tausche meine wunderschöne möblierte und voll ausgestattete 1-Zimmer Wohnung in Prenzlauer Berg gegen eine mind. 1,5-Zimmer-Whg oder ein WG-Zimmer (max. 2) in den Bezirken Prenzlauer Berg, Mitte oder Kreuzberg. Ich brauche einen Tapetenwechsel und bin auch offen, erstmal einen Tausch auf Zeit zu machen.

Die Wohnung ist ideal in einer ruhigen Parallelstraße der Schönhauser Allee gelegen. Alles was man braucht ist fußläufig erreichbar.

The apartment faces the quiet, green inner courtyard to the southwest. The modern daylight bathroom is designed and equipped with everything one needs. The new kitchen is also fully equipped, including a dishwasher.

The apartment is furnished, hence the deposit of 800€. I am looking for someone trustworthy who will take good care of my furniture and belongings.
