Hallo,
ich möchte gerne meine wunderschöne helle Altbauwohnung im Hinterhaus Berlins in der Prenzlauer Allee gegen ein Zimmer in Hamburg St.Pauli tauschen.
Wie gesagt, die Wohung ist sehr hell, ist frisch renoviert und liegt im 4. Stock im Hinterhaus und hat Zentralheizung.
Da Klo ist eine halbe Treppe tiefer und die Dusche ist in der Küche. Vorerst möchte ich die Wohung befristet vermieten.
Wie lange, darüber lässt sich reden, zumindest ein halbes Jahr.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert, also mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrnk, Küchenschrank, Sofa und Fernseher.
