Du willst nach Berlin? Studieren? Neuer Job? Neue Freunde? Aber noch gar keinen Plan? Ich biete dir meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in bester Lage im hippen Prenzlauer Berg an. Von hier aus kannst du prima die Stadt erkunden und dir einen neuen Lebensmittelpunkt schaffen.
Bad mit Wanne, Küche mit neuem (!) Gasherd und Spüle sind vorhanden, die guten Dielen und neue Fenster ebenso. Die Wohnung ist unmöbliert. Ich geb dir mein Luftbett, Tisch und Stühle, wenn du brauchst. Auch ein Tiefkühlgerät kannst du haben. Bis zum 30. Juni musst du allerdings wieder raus sein. Also genug Zeit dir von hier aus dein neues Leben in Berlin aufzubauen!
Ich biete die Wohnung zur Untermiete an. Dass du sauber und verantwortungsvoll bist und nicht in der Wohnung rauchst, ist selbstverständlich. Dafür übernehme ich auch weiterhin einen kleinen Teil der Miete.
