Ich suche für August einen Zwischenmieter für meine sehr hübsche und hervorragend gelegene Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung. Zentrale Lage im Prenzlauer Berg zwischen Helmholtzplatz und S Schönhauser Allee. Sehr gute Nahverkehrsanbindung (S & U Schönhauser Allee: 5 Minuten Fußweg, Tram & U Eberswalder Strasse: 10 Minuten Fußweg, Tram Stargarder Strasse: um die Ecke).
Ein Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es viele Cafes, Bars Bars und kleine Läden. Der Mauerpark ist zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Wohnung liegt im dritten Stock eines Hinterhauses mit Aussicht ins Grüne (weitläufiger grüner Hinterhof mit Bäumen). Sie besteht aus einem schönen hellen Zimmer, einer großen Küche und einem Berliner Schlauchbadezimmer mit Dusche. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert. Bettwäsche kann ich auf Wunsch zur Verfügung stellen.
Ich vermiete meine Wohnung nur an Frauen. Je nach Bedarf kann der Zwischenmietzeitraum ein paar Tage vor bzw. zurückgelegt werden. Freue mich über alle Interessenten. Wenn Du noch Fragen hast, nur keine Hemmungen! Cheers, Falk

I’m looking to sublet my flat for the whole of August. The flat is superbly located in central Prenzlauer Berg, between Helmholtzplatz and the station Schönhauser Allee. Transport connections are in walking distance, it’s 5 min to Schönhauser Allee, 10 min to Eberswalder Strasse, and 2 min to Stargarder Strasse.
There are lots of small cafes, bars and shops in the neighbourhood. A supermarket is right round the corner. The Mauerpark with its famous flea market can be reached by foot, too.
The flat is located on the third floor of a rear building and offers a nice view on an extensive green backyard. It consists of a nice light room, a spacious kitchen and a Berlin style tube bathroom. The flat is furnished. Bed linen can be provided.
I sublet only to women. The short term let-period can be moved some days back or forth. If you still need to know anything else, just ask! Cheers, Falk
