I am renting out my 1 bedroom apartment in Prenzlauer Berg just off Schönhauser Allee.
The bedroom is about 25 m2 with a big window and a french balcony. The room has sun during the whole day ( if the sun is out :D ) and is very spacious.
The typical Berlin Bathroom is elongated and has a big bathtub that fits two people perfectly.
The kitchen has all the basics -fridge, oven, stove, sink etc..

Prenzlauer Berg is a very hip area in the N/E of Berlin. On Schönhauser alle there are plenty of restaurants, Bars, shops and the Mauerpark.
This area is very international and is a mix of young students and families that chose to live here.
It is a nice 5 min walk to the Ubahn station Schönhauser Allee where you have the connection with the Ring bahn that goes all the way around Berlin, but also the U2( Red line) and other connections. Its located 4 Stations from Alexanderplatz.There are also midnight buses and the Tram just in front of the door.
