Meine gemütliche und komplett möblierte Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen Prenzlauer Bergs. Sie liegt in der lebendigen, von Cafés und Restaurants umsäumten Lychener Straße.
Dennoch braucht ihr den Straßenlärm nicht zu befürchten, denn durch die Hinterhoflage ist es immer schön ruhig. Kaufhalle, Kultur (Kino, Theater etc.), Waschsalon, Straßenbahn, U-Bahn, S-Bahn (Ring) – all dies befindet sich nur wenige Minuten von hier. Die Wohnung wurde soeben frisch gestrichen,der Haushalt ist, von einer Waschmaschine abgesehen, komplett. All meine privaten Sachen schließe ich während eures Aufenthalts in eine kleine Kammer, damit eure, sowie meine Privatsphäre
ungestört bleibt.
KAUTION: 500€ (VB)
MIETE: 600€/MONAT
