Da der Nachmieter auf einmal nicht mehr ein interesse har ist schon ab der 1. Märtz frei - Dienstag. Ich verkaufe auch fast alle Möbeln; ich nehme nur mein Bett und den kleine Korb Stuhl mit mir so man muss eigentlich nur ein Bett mitbringen sonst ist alles dar wie Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine etc. Alles nur 1,5 Jahre alt. Sonst ist die Wohnung sehr hell. Gute einkauf Möglichkeiten. Netto nur 2 min. Spaziergang von Wohnung. Kaiser, Rewe, Kaufland, Post, Apotheke alles in der Nähe. Tram vor dem Haustür S/U Bahn auch gleich vor Ort. Sehr ruhig und sehr netten Nachbürgen.

Since the person who was interested in the flat bailed on me last minute it will be available from the first of March - on Tuesday. I am selling almost all of my furniture; I will only take my bed with me and the *basket chair*. So one only have to bring a bed and everything else will be there like a washer and fridge etc. I sell it all for 800 EU – it’s only 1,5 years old.
Other than that the flat is very bright. There are great shopping possibilities. Netto is just two min. walk from the flat. Kaiser, Rewe, Kaufland, post, pharmacy are all close by. Tram right at the door and S/U Bahn is within walking distance as well. A very quit neighborhood with nice and quiet neighbors.
