Hallo,
mein Name ist Anica und ich suche jemanden zur Zwischenmiete (01. Juli bis 31. August, alternativ bis 15. September 2011) für meine gemütliche, kleine 1-Raumwohnung im schönen Prenzlauer Berg.
Ich wohne in der Danzigerstraße 51, das ist die Sonnenseite der Danzigerstraße, im Hinterhof (von der lauten Straße bekommt man nichts mit). Die BVG- Anbindung ist super! Der U-Bahnhof Eberswalder Straße ist nur 5 min. Gehweg entfernt. Vor der Tür fährt die M10 (fährt immer!). Ringbahn (Prenzlauer Allee) ist 10 min. Fußweg entfernt.
Kastanienallee, Kollwitzplatz, Helmholtzplatz, Mauerpark, Kulturbrauerei, Eberswalder Straße, Lychener Straße, Dunckerstraße usw. mit einem breiten Angebot an Bars, Plätzchen, Kinos und Kulturprogramm sind bequem und schnell per Fuß oder Fahrrad erreichbar.
Die 1-Zimmer-Wohnung ist 24 qm groß/klein und wird möbliert sein, also Hochbett, Schrank, Couch, Schreibtisch, Bad (+Waschmaschine und Fenster) und Küche (leider ohne Ofen) sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist eine Nicht-Raucher-Wohnung.
Zur Zeit habe ich keinen Internet-Anschluß, aber es gibt in der Danzigerstraße genügend Möglichkeiten online zu gehen (InternetCafés, die Espressobar Slörm neben meinen Haus kann ich nur empfehlen, super nett und lecker Kaffee :) ).

Hi guys,
my name is Anica and I am subletting my cozy apartment in Prenzlauer Berg for the time from 1st July until 31st August 2011 (alternatively 15th September).
I am living in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg, the Danziger Straße, close to Kollwitzplatz, Helmholtzplatz, Kulturbrauerei, Mauerpark etc. with lots of bars, restaurants and cultural stuff.
Subway-station (Eberswalder Straße)and Tram-Stations (M10 and M2) are very close (less than 5 minutes walking).
My apartment is furnished (loft bed, wardrobe, couch, bathroom with washing machine, kitchen (just hot-plates)).
Currently i don't have an internet connection. i'm sorry for that.
