Die Wohnung ist in der 4. Etage, hat abgezogene Dielen eine Kochnische und ein kleines, aber sehr gemütliches Bad mit Minibadewanne. Besonders ist, dass du neben einem großen (ca. 25 m) Zimmer auch noch ein weiteres kleines hast (ca.7m), das ich derzeit als Schlafzimmer nutze. Der Flur ist so groß, dass gut ein Schrank und eine Kommode rein passt. Im Flur und den Zimmern liegen abgezogene Dielen.
Die Wohnung wird direkt vom Eigentümer vermietet, also keine Provision oder so ein Quatsch. Nachbarn sind auch unkompliziert und nett. Insgesmat hat die Wohnung ca. 43 m und kostet warm 445,-, Kaution wären 1050 Euro.
Die Besichtigung wird am Donnerstag zwischen 18:30 und 20:00 stattfinden.
