I rent my cosy, bright and comfortable appartment in the super Location of Prenzlauerberg.
It’s avalaible from 26th of Mai until 21th of July.
The flat is perfect for a couple or for friends that want to stay in Berlin for a short time. In 10 minutes you are in Kastanienallee. You can find the metro U2, the tram M10 and M4 few minutes far from you. Supermarkets are 5 min far.
It has balcony (there are chairs and table where you can eat in the sunny days). Kitchen full furnished. Bathroom with shower and washing-machine. If you have a bike there’s a courtyard where you can leave it.
The rent is 200 euros a week , 700 euros a month. All inclusive (also Internet) . The deposit is 400 euros.
Totally Furnished.

Vom 26.Mai bis zum 21.Juli ist meine helle und hübsche Wohnung frei. Sie ist geeignet für ein Pärchen oder für Freunden, die in Berlin für eine kurze Aufenthalt sind und einfach eine Urlaub u.s.w. machen möchten.
Sie befindet sich in der Nähe von Eberwalderstrasse in Prenzlauerberg. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und in 10 Minuten ist der lebendige Kiez von Kastanienallee zu Fuss erreichbar. Die U2, der M10 und M4 sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Kaisers und Rewe sind 5 Minuten weit.
Die Wohnung hat ein Balkon (mit Stühle und Tisch), wo man mit sonnigem Wetter auch essen kann. Die Küche ist mit Backofen, Herd und Kühlschrank. Das Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschmaschine. Es gibt ein Hinterhof, wo man den Fahrrad abstellen kann. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert.

Die wöchentliche Miete ist 200 Euro. Die monatliche Miete beträgt 700 Euro. Alle Nebenkosten inklusiv, auch Internet. Die Kaution ist 400 Euro.

L'appartamento è adatto per due persone, è già arredato e completo di tutto, internet, lavatrice, balcone, posto bici.

Estoy alquilando mi acogedor, luminoso y confortable piso con buena localización en Prinzlauerberg. Está disponible a partir del 26 de Mayo hasta el 21 de Julio.
El piso es ideal para parejas o amigos que quieren estar en Berlin por un corto periodo. En 10 minutos puedes estar en Kastanienallee. Están cerca las lineas de metro U2, el tranvía M10 y M4. El supermercado está a sólo 5 min de casa.
Con balcón (hay una mesa y sillas en las que puedes comer fuera en los día soleados) completamente amoblado, con salon-cocina, habitacion para dormir por 2 . El cuarto de baño tiene ducha y lavadora. sí tienes bicicleta hay un patio donde puedes dejarla.

El costo del alquiler son 200 euros por semana o 700 euros por mes. Todos los gastos incluidos (también internet). El depósito de resguardo es de 400 euros.
