We are renting our 1 bedroom apartment for 10 nights (you must depart on the 11th Aug by 5pm).
It's a really good area jus next to Kastanien Alle and 5 minutes walk to the best shopping in Weinmeister Strasse and Alexander Platz. Mauer Park is also 5 minutes walk which has the best flee markets and Karaoke on Sunday. We are 2 minutes walk to the U-bahn station Bernauer (U8) and be in Kreuzberg in 10 minutes.
There is construction going on Monday-Friday in the building (not our apartment) it generally starts about 9:30am and goes till about 4pm. We haven't really been disturbed by it but you should know about it.

The cost is only 25 euro per night total. We will require a 300 euro deposit which will be refunded once we confirm everything is ok with the apartment on our return.
